Owner always has complete access of your AppRadar account and can manage teams, settings and have access to billing information. However, sometimes you might need to transfer Ownership in case a colleague leaves or your team roles change.
Every team member can always see the name and email of their account Owner. For this, just click on Profile > Account Settings.
Currently you cannot transfer account Ownership on your own.
However, AppRadar's Support team is always here to help.
Whenever you need to change the Owner of your account, somply contact us via Chat or [email protected] email and let us know the email of the future Owner, to whom we will need to transfer the access.
Note that to become an Owner, that account has already have to be part of your current team. If it's not - make sure to invite the new team member first (any role will be enough). Here is a quick guide how to do it.
Once the switch is done, the previous Owner will be demoted to Admin .
