If you already have an App Radar account, click on the profile icon > Plan and Upgrade and then on Change Subscription.
For Black Friday campaigns, only ANNUAL plans can be selected.
After getting to the billing page, you will see a clickable text saying +Add Promo Code.
That's where you enter your promotional code.
If you don't yet have an App Radar account but have a discount code, then please follow the steps below.
Register to App Radar by creating an account
2. Choose one of our plans. Click on the "Start Free Trial" button.
3. Choose the right billing period (your code might be applicable for annual plans only). Then, press "Confirm" to finish the process.
4. Enter your billing address and click on the button "Save".
5. On the right side menu, under Summary, you will find "+ Add Promo Code". Enter the code (in this example, we used APPSUCCESS) and click on "Redeem" to use it.
6. Click on Confirm and start 7 days trial, and pay afterwards for the plan including the promo code.
Switching between monthly and annual plans
If you're currently on a monthly subscription and would like to upgrade to the annual plan with the promo code, you will see an error message. Please write to [email protected] and our support team will be able to switch your plan from monthly to annual.
Some promotion codes might be plan specific. In this case, you have to choose the plan for which you have the code for in order for the discount to be applied.
