How can I upgrade/ downgrade?

Easily upgrade or downgrade your plan via the 'Plan & Upgrade' menu, manage slots, and adjust for the next billing period

You can easily change your plan for the next billing period (next month or next year) inside your App radar account.

For this, you need to log in, clock on the profile icon and select “Plan & Upgrade”.

Here you will find information on:

  1. Your current plan

  2. Your next payment

  3. Your current slots/usage (including Apps, keywords, competitors team members and replied reviews on a monthly basis)

  4. Button for plan change

  5. Button for subscription cancelation

Under “Change Plan” you will be sent to a page called “Upgrade your plan”, and there you can either downgrade or upgrade to any plan you'd like to.

Note: It could be that downgrading is not possible due to having too many slots filled. In case, please check out the amount of slots the plan you would like to downgrade to has, and adapt your slots accordingly before downgrading.
