Email vs. Slack Reports

Learn how to set up App Radar reports via email or Slack to track your app’s performance, features, and reviews.

You can manage and track your app's performance, featuring status, and reviews using App Radar’s Reports.

These reports can be delivered via email or Slack, allowing you to stay updated in your preferred way. This guide walks you through the types of available reports and setting them up.

Types of Reports

App Radar provides three main report types to support app developers:

  1. App Report: Receive daily insights on keyword rankings and app metrics.

  2. Featuring Alert: Get notified when your app is featured on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  3. Review Alert: Receive updates on recent app reviews to stay on top of user feedback.

All report types are available through email or Slack.

Setting Up Email Reports

To set up an email report:

  1. Go to the Reports section and select the necessary type of Email report.

  2. Enter the desired recipient email address.

  3. Set the preferred delivery time and frequency (e.g., daily).

Setting Up Slack Reports

For Slack delivery:

  1. Go to Reports (don't forget to select your app in the upper right corner) and slick on the necessary report that you'd like to receive.

  2. Add a Slack report
    a. Select workspace and channel


    b. Click Allow

  3. Setup schedule

  4. Click on "Add new Slack report"

  5. AppRadar App is now added to your Slack

Slack reports are sent directly to the specified channel, keeping updates organized within your team’s communication flow.

Managing Reports

All configured reports can be viewed in the Reports page. Here, you can:

  • Enable or disable reports with the toggle button.

  • Delete reports by selecting the dropdown menu and choosing Delete.
