Review Reports

Learn how to set up Review Reports via email or Slack to stay informed of new reviews

Review Reports notify you whenever your app receives a new review, enabling you to respond promptly. By staying updated on feedback, you can address user concerns quickly and identify bugs early.

Where to Find Review Reports

To access Review Reports, navigate to Configuration > Reports in the left menu.

Setting Up Review Reports

You can configure Review Reports to be sent either to your email or a Slack channel.

Email

  1. Select Email Report under Review Reports.

  2. Enter the email address you’d like to receive reports on and confirm

Slack

  1. Go to Reports (make sure you have the necessary app selected)

  2. Add a Slack report
    a. Select workspace and channel


    b. Click Allow

  3. Setup schedule

  4. Click on "Add new Slack report"

  5. AppRadar App is now added to your Slack

Slack reports are sent directly to the specified channel, keeping updates organized within your team’s communication flow.

Managing Your Review Reports

After setting up Review Reports, you can manage them from the Reports page. Here, you can:

  • Toggle reports On or Off as needed.

  • Delete reports by clicking the three dots and choosing Delete.
