Before making changes to your app store listing in App Radar, confirm that you are editing the most recent version of your app.
How to start?
Check Your App Version:
If the version currently available in App Radar is outdated, you can choose to import the latest version from App Store Connect or Google Play Console.Import: Overwrites the existing version in App Radar with the latest app store version.
Export: Pushes the version you are working on in App Radar to App Store Connect or Google Play Console.
View Timestamps:
The timestamps indicate the most recent changes made in App Radar and App Store Connect/Google Play Console, helping you track version history and ensure accuracy.
Differences Between App Store Connect and Google Play Console
Google Play Console:
Updates to Google Play apps go live immediately in the Google Play Store.
However, changes may take up to 24 hours to become visible worldwide.
App Store Connect (iOS/tvOS):
Changes to iOS and tvOS app information will only become active after submitting a new version update in App Store Connect.
After exporting your version from App Radar, log in to App Store Connect and submit your latest version for review.
Managing Connections
The Import & Export feature also allows you to check your connected credentials for your app. Click the "Change Connection" button to review and manage your connections. This will redirect you to the Connections feature under Configuration.
What You Can View and Manage:
Connected Credentials: Current active credentials linked to your app.
Connection Status: Check if the connection is active and functioning correctly.
Permissions and Roles: Review the permissions associated with your credentials.
Server Status: Verify the server used for connection.
Add or Change Credentials: Update or add new credentials as needed.
