I Don't See the Latest Version of My App Information in App Radar

Updating Your App Information Between App Radar and the Stores

Written by Tony Bondar

When you first set up your App Radar account, we pull the latest app information from the most recent version available on Google Play or Apple App Store.

Importing from Google Play Console or App Store Connect to App Radar

To bring the latest data from Google Play Console or App Store Connect into App Radar:

  1. Go to Optimize Store Listing > Import & Export.

  2. Click on Import to sync your App Radar account with the latest updates from your store listings.

Importing will overwrite any changes made in App Radar's Store Listing Editor or Store Listing Bulk Editor

Exporting from App Radar to Google Play Console or App Store Connect

If you want to apply updates made in App Radar to your app store listings, use the Export feature:

  1. Go to the Import & Export page and Click on Export.

This action will update Google Play Console or App Store Connect with the changes made in App Radar.

Exporting will overwrite any existing data in your Play Console or App Store Connect with the data from App Radar.

If your app information isn’t up to date, this Import & Export feature provides a quick fix to keep App Radar synchronized with the latest data from your app stores.
