If you've connected your Google Play or App Store app to App Radar but don’t see any data, it may be due to the provider's threshold rules.
Threshold Explained
Google Play/App Store enforces minimum thresholds for data display, meaning that if your app’s store views or installs don’t reach a certain level, they won’t display the data. This may result in no visible data in App Radar.
How to Check for Google Play Threshold
Log in to your Google Play Console.
In the All Apps view, select the app that is missing data.
Go to Grow users > Store performance > Listing conversion analysis and check the date range on the graph.
If you don’t see data in the Reports for a daily time frame, the Google Play Threshold is likely the reason.
If you see any discrepancies, please also make sure you're checking the correct metrics. For example, for App Radar's Installs, make sure you're checking Installs from New users specifically, as this is the metric that we show:

App Store Connect Data Visibility Issues
If data is not appearing in your App Radar dashboard after you’ve connected it to your App Store / Play Store Developer account, the problem could stem from:
Sync delay between platforms.
Kindly note, that the data sync may be delayed. Up to 4 days for Google Play, and up to 3 days for Apple App Store.
This is due to the fact that even Consoles don't provide data immediately and sometimes needs a couple of days to gather all information about the app's performance.
Incomplete integration setup.
For App Radar to show your app's statistics under App Store Performance tab, we would need the permission to view Financial data. Otherwise, the graph will be empty
Issues specific to unpublished apps.
If an app is unpublished, there is no Download, Install or Conversions data for us to collect.
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
Sometimes, the issue resolves itself after a short delay. Allow some time for the data to fully sync with App Radar. Refresh the page or clear website's cache.
Ensure that your setup follows the steps outlined in App Radar’s help resources, particularly for:
Making sure permissions are correctly set for your Play Store Console account or for your App Store Connect account.
