In order to access all features of App Radar, the App Radar user you have invited to your App Store Connect (formerly iTunes Connect) needs to have certain roles:
App Manager (mandatory): Provides access to Store Listing management
Finance (mandatory): Provides access to App Store Performance metrics such as Impressions, Installs etc
Sales (auto selected with Finance): Necessary for viewing Sales and App Download metrics
Marketing (auto selected with App Manager): Access to edit and update app's metadata
Developer (auto selected with App Manager): View app information and access to app Analytics.

Kindly note that you will need a separate connection to Reply to reviews. Steps are described here.
These roles are needed to use all features, but work independent from another. If you choose not to give the permission to all roles, you can still use the features where you give permissions for.
