Connecting your app to App Radar can take up to 48 hours. This process allows us to synchronize your app data from the app stores with your App Radar account. There are two methods to connect:
Recommended Connection Method
The most secure and stable way to connect is by inviting App Radar to your Google Play Console or App Store Connect. While this method may take a bit longer, it ensures a reliable connection. Here’s how it works:
Invite App Radar to your Google Play Console or App Store Connect account.
Once we receive the invitation, we’ll start connecting your app, which may take up to 2 business days.
If your app isn’t connected after 2 business days, please reach out to our support team at [email protected].
Kindly note that once the connection is finalized, you will still need to wait some time (usually around a couple of hours) so that AppRadar can sync up all your app's data from the Console
If you still haven’t seen your app data after this time, firstly, please make sure that you've granted all permissions (iOS and Android) and everything is set up correctly.
