In order to link your Google Play Console account, you need Admin rights.
Connection invites are only accepted from Monday to Friday. Please make sure your invites don't have a short expiration period.
After you add your app, in your App Radar account, you will find an option to “Connect app” on the ASO Dashboard page.
After clicking on this, you will get the following a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Sign in to the Google Play Console.
Step 2: Navigate to Users and permissions.
Step 3: Click Invite new users.
Step 4: Fill in User Details.
In the Email address field, insert the address presented to you during the connection process inside App Radar (e.g. [email protected]). For Access expiry, please set the availability of invitation for 2 days minimum.
Step 5: Select Account Permissions.
View app information - general permission to view the information about your app
View financial data - necessary for us to track your App Store Performance metrics such as Impressions, Installs etc
Manage Store presence - necessary for you to edit your metadata and sync your changes

Step 6: Don't forget to pick necessary apps in the App permissions section.
Step 7: Click Invite user at the bottom of the page.
Our support team will now process your invitation. Within 48 hours after sending the invite, you will receive an email to the developer account you sent us the invite from. In this email, click on the button to Finish your connection setup.
For newly established connections it is normal to wait up to several hours for all data to initially sync to our platform.
Troubleshooting Permissions and Invites
If you experience limitations with AppRadar's functionalities, please follow these steps to check and correct permissions:
Google Play Console: Verify that all required permissions detailed above are correctly set. You can also double check this by going to Connections > App Performance & Store Listing and clicking on View Details. If you haven't granted all permissions, you will see it here:
2. Recheck Invitations: Make sure invitation expiration periods are adequate and permissions were not revoked after setup. By addressing these, common permission-related issues can be resolved efficiently.
