It is possible to add an app to your account before it's released if it follows these preconditions:
First, you have added a published app to your account and connected it with App Radar with the shared account connection.
The draft app must have a Track ID (it has to be at least in the internal testing stage in Google Play Console or the “Prepare for Submission” stage in App Store Connect).
To add the unpublished app to your account, please follow these steps:
1. Go to My Apps page.
2. Click on the Add App button.
3. Search for your already published app or paste the public link from App Store / Play Store first and add it.
5. Go back to your Connections tab.
AppRadar will automatically detect all available apps under current developer account. If a connection is possible, it will show the Available to connect Status note.
Simply click Add app next to the unpublished app you wanted to add.
And that's it! You're done.
