Ratings &amp; Reviews is made up of 3 very powerful features. Each one helps you to manage and analyze your app's ratings and reviews.

In this section you'll find the following features:

- Reply to Reviews
- Ratings
- Reviews Summaries

With the Reply to Reviews feature you're able to view, analyze, and respond to all the reviews your app receives. Your responses are submitted directly to Google Play Console and App Store Connect.

Keep in mind that your responses to reviews may take up to 24 hours to show on your app store listing.

In the Ratings section, you can effortlessly access and view the ratings of your app, as well as compare them with other apps on the App Store. The tool retrieves your data directly from the Google Play Console or App Store Connect and displays it on a user-friendly dashboard.
