The Competitor Insights provides a detailed comparison between your app’s keyword and your competitors, helping you uncover gaps, shared opportunities, and untapped potential.
It highlights shared and opportunity keywords, offering valuable data to benchmark your app’s keyword strategy against competitors. This feature enables you to identify areas where your app can strengthen its visibility by targeting keywords where competitors are gaining traction. It also helps uncover underutilized keywords that competitors are not actively optimizing, providing a strategic edge.
Where to find Competitor Insights:
On the Keyword Research page, navigate to Finder -> Competitor Insights.
From here you can pick your Competitors' apps and then switch among Finder categories, for example Metadata and Ranked. Each option will ensure you get the best suggested keywords.
Available options:
Metadata: See all Title, Short Description and Long Description related keywords from your competitors.
Ranked: See keywords that both you and your competitors rank for.
Click on a keyword to strack tracking it or go for Track All to bulk select every keyword in the section. The number next to each keyword represents the Search Volume number so you can easily evaluate them.
The filters you apply to the competitors' insights will only be applied to the competitor keywords and not to your own keyword lists.
When using filters on your ranked keywords, the same filters will be applied for viewing competitor metadata, so it may shorten the list of competitor keywords you see.
